WorkNomads is seeking a Guest Experience Guru that will be responsible to welcome guests to our dining and entertainment venues, providing exceptional service by delivering delectable cuisine and refreshing beverages. They also contribute to the seamless orchestration of events on the conference floor, ensuring impeccable presentation and service in the banquet halls. Additionally, they extend hospitality through efficient room service and adeptly attend to hotel guests, facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs while offering attentive assistance throughout their stay.
WorkNomads is recruiting a Guest Experience Guru to join our team, that will join our nomadic co-living; co-working space in the heart of Student Town, Sofia
Dare to have a mission:
Greet and assist guests (both hotel and restaurant)
Provide excellent customer service as a waiter in the restaurant
Adhere to hospitality standards and uphold a positive guest experience
Maintain hygiene standards, replace table items, and keep tables clean
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries at the hotel front desk
Organizes and carries out the accommodation of the guests according to the adopted standards
Accepts opinions and requests from guests and responds immediately to troubleshoot while informing the hotel manager
Collaborates closely with all hotel and restaurant operations teams, e.g. Housekeeping, Kitchen team, back-office to ensure excellent guest experience and smooth operation
Participates in arranging conference rooms, welcoming and sending guests to an event and serving coffee breaks and working lunches
Follows and implements company policies and standards to achieve and maintain the goal of becoming a fully digital property
Takes additional responsibilities and accountabilities related to events and others in an effort to support the smooth operation of the whole team
The tools in your backpack:
Experience in hospitality is a benefit
Fluency in English is required, other languages are beneficial
Agile and handy in order to service customers efficiently
