WorkNomads is seeking a Service Guru to join our team in the heart of Students Town, Sofia at WN Lab hotel. They will welcome guests to our dining and entertainment venues by delivering delectable cuisine and refreshing beverages. They also contribute to the seamless orchestration of events, ensuring impeccable presentation and service in the banquet halls. Additionally, they extend hospitality through facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs while offering attentive assistance throughout our guests’ stay.

As a Service Guru, you'll be the welcoming face of our dining and entertainment venues. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting guests in both the hotel and restaurant
- Providing exceptional customer service as a waiter
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
- Handling hotel check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure excellent guest experience
- Participating in event organization and service
- Implementing company policies and standards for a seamless operation
The tools in your backpack:
- Experience in hospitality is a benefit
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are beneficial
- Agile and handy in order to service customers efficiently
