WorkNomads is seeking a Customer Service Guru to join our team at WN Lab hotel. They extend hospitality through facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs while offering attentive assistance throughout our guests’ stay. They also contribute to the seamless orchestration of events, ensuring impeccable presentation and service in the banquet halls. Additionally, they will welcome guests to our dining and entertainment venue by offering delectable cuisine and refreshing beverages.

As a Customer Service Guru, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, coworking, dining and entertainment venues. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting guests in both the hotel and restaurant
- Handling hotel check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Participating in event organization and service
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure excellent guest experience
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
- Implementing company policies and standards for a seamless operation.
The tools in your backpack:
- Experience in hospitality is a benefit
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are beneficial
- Agile and handy in order to service customers efficiently
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
