WorkNomads is looking for a creative Recruiter to join our team and to be part of WorkNomads’ success story in the development and growth of our BPO projects, and seek talents from all over the world. You will be responsible for finding and attracting top specialists from Bulgaria and abroad who match the expertise and language expectations for the projects.
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team, working remotely or from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Dare to have a mission:
- Identifying and attracting top-performing professionals from Bulgaria and abroad to fill job openings;
- Interview candidates to answer specific questions according to the needs of the position and client
- Being the point-of-contact for candidates during their process to deliver smooth and quick experience
- Developing and recommending recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given country and time frame;
- Work with other departments including: marketing, finance and management to improve the operations of the company
- Working with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, along with the qualifications and skills required for open positions;
- Review applications to identify and arrange preliminary interviews with the most promising candidates;
- Screening and referring candidates for additional interviews;
- Administer, update and propose improvement in our ATS system;
- Prepare and place job advertising across various platforms;
- Use data and statistics to make informed decisions that solve real-world business problems;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of your activity
- Accountable for own development and continuous improvement.
The tools in your backpack:
- University degree in HR, Psychology, or related is a benefit. We also value self-made professionals
- Experience in recruitment or HR is a benefit
- Solid set of consultative, communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, collaborative and planning skills
- Combination of out-of-the-box thinking, a critical mindset, a pragmatic can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- Collaborative spirit to work together in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in given deadlines
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
