Job Title: R&D Project Manager (6 to 12 Months Mission)
Mission Overview:
Join us as an R&D Project Manager, where you will lead the coordination and execution of our R&D projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Acting as the main point of contact, you will oversee project timelines and organization to drive success and meet all project requirements.
Your Mission:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, actively track progress, and manage resources to ensure their effective allocation.
- Scope & Objectives: Define project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, guaranteeing technical feasibility and alignment.
- Change Management: Oversee and control changes in project scope, schedule, and costs through appropriate verification techniques.
- Performance Measurement: Track and report on project performance, leveraging various systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project success.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to secure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Vendor Collaboration: Build and maintain productive relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain thorough project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
The Tools in Your Backpack:
- Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager, ideally in a multidisciplinary setting involving software, mechanical, electronics, or magnetic systems.
- Solid technical background with a deep understanding of electronics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and committed to meeting project milestones and deadlines.
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Contract Length: 6 to 12 months
