We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our revenue growth for the WN LAB Hotel. The ideal candidate will embody the qualities of a hunter, adeptly seeking out opportunities; a networker, skillfully forging connections; a passionate believer in the new digital trends of the hospitality sector, and an unwavering commitment to success.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve objectives and revenue targets for WN LAB Hotel 

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking, conduct telesales calls, plan appointments, and carry out weekly face-to-face sales calls 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, customer experience, and events 

  • Managing and maximizing relationships with travel agencies and corporate partners 

  • Leading the coordination of all aspects of the development process, both internal and external, including prospecting/qualification, pitching, due diligence, contract negotiations 

  • Prepare quotations, proposals and Letters of Agreement 

  • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner   

  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships   

  • To establish and maintain current databases for the Corporate Market Segment – agents / corporate clients, both within Bulgaria and abroad 

  • To keep up to date with market trends, market conditions, competitor developments and customer performance 

  • Continuously research competitor properties to obtain market and rate intelligence and an understanding of business trends, the competition and their key accounts. Utilize this intelligence to develop strategic plans, ensure the hotel remains competitive in the marketplace, and to identify potential businesses to target 

  • Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date information to ensure accurate reporting   

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities using our CRM system 

  • Produce accurate reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads 

  • To project a positive hotel image in sales presentations and community events 

The tools in your backpack

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality management or a related field  

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with at least five years of experience in a similar role 

  • Understanding of revenue management and distribution channels 

  • Deep understanding of the hospitality sector, passionate about driving innovation and disruption. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders 

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills 

  • Self-motivated, with a fearless conviction to overcome challenges and achieve goals 

  • Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams
