We are looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our sales force and our engineering experts. The role focuses primarily on industrial engineering and ICT, and we are looking for deep understanding in at least one of these areas. Knowledge in infrastructure engineering is considered a strong advantage. The right candidate will combine strong technical understanding with commercial acumen and enthusiasm for client engagement.
The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with technical insight before senior engineers step into discussions.

- Support the sales team in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads across target markets.
- Conduct technical pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements and align them with our solutions.
- Translate complex engineering or infrastructure concepts into accessible value propositions for clients.
- Develop and maintain technical sales documentation, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with engineers.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical clarity during early sales stages.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within CRM system.
- Support cross-functional coordination between sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction.
The tools in your backpack
- 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, pre-sales, business development, or a technical/engineering role within IT, industrial engineering, infrastructure, or related industries (internships are considered relevant experience).
(We welcome both commercially experienced professionals and technically strong engineers who are motivated to transition into a client-facing pre-sales or sales-oriented role.) - Understanding of technical systems, industrial processes, IT infrastructure, or engineering-driven solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, value-driven way, tailored to client needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions, demos, and technical discussions.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with strong time management, prioritization, and lead follow-up skills.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to develop commercial and client-facing skills, particularly for candidates coming from a technical or engineering background.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, ICT, Infrastructure, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience will be considered as a strong advantage.
