We are looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our sales force and our engineering experts. The role focuses primarily on industrial engineering and ICT, and we are looking for deep understanding in at least one of these areas. Knowledge in infrastructure engineering is considered a strong advantage. The right candidate will combine strong technical understanding with commercial acumen and enthusiasm for client engagement.
The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with technical insight before senior engineers step into discussions.

- Support the sales team in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads across target markets.
- Conduct technical pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements and align them with our solutions.
- Translate complex engineering or infrastructure concepts into accessible value propositions for clients.
- Develop and maintain technical sales documentation, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with engineers.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical clarity during early sales stages.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within CRM system.
- Support cross-functional coordination between sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction.
The tools in your backpack
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, pre-sales, or business development role (internships count).
- Strong understanding of technical systems, industrial processes, or IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to translate technical details into client value; comfort in client-facing demos.
- Self-motivated with strong organization and lead management skills.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Located in Europe
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, ICT, or Infrastructure, or relevant technical experience is a strong advantage.
