As an Immigration Specialist at our nation without a county - WorkNomads, you will play a main role for our employees in navigating them in the complex world of immigration. Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance will ensure that immigration processes are efficient, successful, and legally. Tasks/Duties

  • Consultation: Engage with employees to assess their immigration needs, provide guidance, and gather necessary documentation for visa and immigration applications.  

  • Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations, ensuring that all applications and processes remain compliant with relevant government agencies and immigration authorities.  

  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review immigration application forms, supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  

  • Case Management: Manage multiple immigration cases at the same time, tracking the progress of each case and ensuring timely submission of applications.  

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and immigration authorities, responding to inquiries, and providing updates on the status of applications.  

  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the immigration process, working to find solutions and mitigate delays.  

  • Research: Conduct research on immigration policies, procedures, and requirements in different countries, providing insights and recommendations to employees or management.  

  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of various visa categories, including work visas, student visas, family reunification visas, and other immigration options.  

  

Required skills/qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, international relations, or immigration studies (a law degree is preferred).  

  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.  

  • Fluency in Bulgarian language is required, both spoken and written. 

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.  

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.  

  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.  

  • Prior experience in immigration law or a similar role is a plus.
