WorkNomads is looking for a committed IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to join our homebase in Sofia.
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth operations.
Dare to have a mission:
- Manage WorkNomads’ IT environment
- Perform regular daily administration activities, monitor health status of network environment
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, wireless controllers, access points
- Monitor environment performance and bandwidth & resource utilization
- Provide support and maintenance of all related IT equipment and solutions in the property (Access control system, parking system, phone system, Satellite TV system, Video surveillance, SOT, UPS, etc.)
- Log file diagnosis for critical events
- Point of contact with mobile operators and internet providers
- Troubleshooting and incident handling
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical counterparts
- Collaborate with the network providers
- Support the IT equipment (e.g. printers, faxes, etc. on site)
- Technically support the internal and external events on site (network, audio, video, etc.)
The tools in your backpack:
- A degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Knowledge of networking technologies, network communication protocols, firewalls, access configurations
- Technical understanding of Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security and Network management
- Ability to isolate and solve complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people at all levels, across all geographic regions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
