We are recruiting a Guest Journey Specialist to join our team, working remotely or from the WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Handling group, event bookings and accommodations at WorkNomads
Being a dedicated point of contact for our clients both through email and on the phone
Coordinate offer preparation for group bookings, new clients, returning clients
End to end reservations and accommodation management
Ensure clients' payment is received before their arrival
Working with our PMS (property management systems) and CRM (customer relationship systems)
Gain a comprehensive understanding of channels and platforms related to Hotel, Coliving and Coworking operations
Answer reviews on booking websites and social media
The backbone of the digitalization, supporting the digital self check-in/check-out
Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Being organized and punctual with all tasks
Problem-solving abilities and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
Technology-oriented person quick to adapt to new software and technology
Entrepreneurial spirit with a commercial vision to lead the company to greater success
Curiosity, strong analytical skills, self-drive and attention to detail
