WorkNomads is scouting for a talented Operations Manager to manage a growing BPO project in the payment solutions industry. You will be responsible for managing, leading and motivating a sales team in order to reach the client’s targets. You will play a crucial role in stimulating the sales performance of the team through detailed performance analysis and close follow-up of the team.
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join us at our WorkNomads base in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Tasks/duties:
Manage a team of sales specialists, Subject Matter Experts & Team Leads.
Setting clear targets and goals for the team & monitoring the performance
Ability to work in a multi-company environment and comply with all parties
Taking responsibility for the team by - motivating, leading and coaching them to develop their sales skills & techniques
Communicate with both the team, client and all stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
Analyze data, identify market trends and take the opportunities to grow and improve results
Maintaining client relationships
Reporting on the team results to stakeholders & implementing actionable plans where needed
Uphold quality levels of the team as well as company values in the day-to-day operations
Coordinate with the Finance team to prepare the invoicing for the project
Coordinate with the technical development team to innovate the way of working
Required skills/qualifications:
At least three years of experience in team management and telesales or customer care
Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to a wide variety of personalities and working styles
Strong leadership and motivation skills
Analytic mindset with attention to detail to translate data into easy-to-digest ideas and actions
Result-oriented professional with the ability to work under pressure and meeting targets
Ability to anticipate and handle proactively, and using this ability to your advantage
Ability to be process-focused and think strategically
Strong conflict management and de-escalation skills
Be up to date with latest trends and development opportunities in the industry with the ability to attend trainings and workshops to increase your knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related profile; or equivalent experience
Highly skilled with Excel and other MS Office products
Good understanding of CRM systems, telephone systems and high affinity with digital sales
Languages: Speaking English is a must, other languages like Dutch, French or German are a plus
