We are looking for a skilled BI Developer to join our growing team. We will be happy to welcome you onboard in our team working remotely.

- Develop Power BI reports and page-centric reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into key business metrics and trends.
- Design and implement data models using Kimball Star schemas and establish one-to-many relationships to support effective data analysis.
- Write advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries and calculations to perform complex calculations and manipulate data within Power BI.
- Utilize T-SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize report performance and data refresh schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of insights.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionality and best practices for report consumption.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques, and make recommendations for process improvements.
The tools in your backpack:
- Proven experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language for building complex calculations and measures.
- Solid grasp of T-SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including Kimball Star schemas and one-to-many relationships.
- Experience working with Tabular Cubes and SQL Analysis Services is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
